LONG TERM MANAGEMENT, as an active member of M&A community still looks for new opportunities to invest in non – public companies. Therefore, it is possible to combine investments with Family Funds and individuals through our broad networking contacts. LONG TERM MANAGEMENT’s strategy should comply with the following assumptions:

Indefinite investment horizon (no constraints regarding the duration of investment)

Majority stake that ensures effective management

Goal alignment by investing with a company’s senior management

equity ticket starting from PLN 5m
